- Flexibility to work all shifts, primarily 1st and 2nd shifts, with occasional 3rd shifts required
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication management and patient outcomes
- Participate in medication reconciliation and therapeutic drug monitoring
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications And Desired Experience
- PGY1 residency preferred, or approximately two years of current inpatient pharmacy experience
- Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a dynamic hospital environment
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a competency examination (one attempt only)
- Successful completion of background checks including Livescan fingerprinting
- Willingness to interview onsite as part of the hiring process
